Shipping Policy

All prices quoted include kerbside delivery within the United Kingdom and the EU. Second-man delivery and fitting services are available and can be quoted on request. Please note that home assembly may not be available in all areas — installations are outsourced to fully insured fitting specialists local to you, and any installation issues should be raised directly with the fitting company.

Deliveries are normally made within 5–8 weeks of order confirmation, depending on destination and product ordered.

Storage: We can store your order free of charge with our forwarders for 7 days. After this period, a storage fee of £20/m³ per week will be added to your invoice.

Damage in Transit: All goods are insured against loss and damage from the point of leaving the factory. If you receive damaged goods, please retain all documentation and photograph any damage before signing. For kerbside deliveries and orders over £500, damages must be noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery. All other damage claims must be reported within 7 days of taking delivery.
